As you have tried several methods, but none worked, is it possible that your HPLC system isn't working correctly?

In which way did the other methods fail?

I'd make sure that the column and LC system are running correctly as well.

Jack Silver Thank you for the reply. Actually, the HPLC system is working properly as I am using it for many other products as well. All others are working fine except this cetirizine.
