I use glas tubes that are 15cm long and have diameter of 2.5cm for my in vitro potatoes. I am looking for a cheap plastic alternative to glas tubes. Can anyone recommend sterile or autoclavable plastic tubes with ventilation caps in similiar size?
Yes, I am going to use the tubes only once. I do not want to use the glas tubes because there is to much work with washing them and I want to avoid it.
