I am looking for experience with beta-adrenergic receptor antibodies. Which worked and which not. Especially in brain tissue. I checked the elder literature but these antibodies are mostly no longer available.

I know this probplem.
We are working with the following antibodies:
beta 1: abcam ab3442
beta 2: abcam 182136
Both ABs are working on pfa fixed and cryo-protected tissue
I just saw that abcam ab3442is no longer available. Can you recommend another one, which is available?
According to the Abcam website the abcam 182136 signal cannot be downregulated by siRNA in heart cells. We may try anyway.

No problem, this happens rather often. We will try the one from ThermoFisher that you mentioned (PA1-049). The images look really good!
