I would like to phenotype mouse B cells for BCMA surface expression via FACS. If you could recommend a clone (or polyclonal) that you have used that worked well, I'd appreciate it.

Hi Christopher, I've used a FITC-rat anti-mouse BCMA from R&D (FAB593F) in the past with success. In order to see a good positive population you have to look at bone marrow plasma cells. You also have to use the antibody at ~1:10 dilution. The staining was published as Figure 1 in PMID: 18978795. Let me know if you'd like more details.
