Can anyone recommend a program for matching protein sequences to verify if they are capable of interacting with each other?

This is the process I would follow. I would verify if two proteins interact with each other by looking at their own sequences before planning specific experiments (such as IP or ICC or something else).I have heard there should be a program that gives an analysis of the chances this event can take place. Do you have any suggestions?
