a few months ago we bought the PyroMark Q48 to replace the old Q96, but we used it very little due to continuous malfunctions of the cartridge with enzyme and substrate. We've already had it changed 3 times, the first two it clogged (the second literally fell apart) and the third didn't create a vacuum. did it happen only to us?

Moreover, between one cartridge change and another we tried to set up a LINE-1 methylation test on Q48 (which we did regularly with Q96), obtaining very bad results. Does anyone have experience with this type of methylation assay on Q48? It would really help us!
