Does anyone have complete assay protocols with formulas for Catalase (EC 1.11.1.6), SOD (EC 1.15.1.1), Glutathione Peroxidase (EC 1.11.1.9), Glutathione-S-transferase (EC 2.5.1.18)? As methodology was provided in most of literature, formulas for calculating enzyme activity not provided. Many researchers using modifications during assay, can anyone provide complete standardize assay protocols with formula. I require it for fish and shrimp tissue.

However, there are also ELISA methods for a number of antioxidant enzymes.
Catalase (Beers and Sizer, 1952), Superoxide dismutase (SOD) (Beauchamp and Fridovich (1971) can be used to measure antioxidant enzymes.
