surjit.........u can isolate dna and rna using manual method.......than only u can sufficient quantity........after that u can send to metagenomics and metatranscriptomic study.......

In japan, some labs, they have some particular microscope, withthat they can able to predict the diversity...........but i dont know name of that.............
