I want to perform RT PCR for MicroRNA Identification. Please provide me the protocol for the same.

@ Sezer Okay. Thank you for your answer and article. Any Primers are required for C-DNA synthesis ? Means only dNTPs and RT Enzyme can do it or its required a set of primers ? Stem loops primers required once we have DNA, for amplification.
