We are planning to perform an RT-PCR to quantify HDAC8 expression in MDA-MB-231 cell line. Can anyone please suggest the HDAC-8 PCR primer sequences if got success in RT-PCR experiment? If yes then kindly suggest the link of the paper having the same sequence.
