Can anyone please suggest a very good adhesive to attach glass substrate on PCB?

Can anyone please suggest a very good die attach adhesive to attach glass substrate on PCB? It has to withstand a temperature load ranging from -40 °C to 125 °C and has to be electrically insulate, and thermally conductive.
