I need a vector that has a Tet-On promoter, so that I can induce the Cas9 and gRNA whenever I want and another constitutive promoter that can express the selection marker.Because i am trying to design a CRISPR KO line for my gene of interest but the problem is that removing my protein of interest seems to kill the cells.

Hi Fahimeh,
all inducible vectors have a costitutive promoter for selection so you don't have to care about it. But I woul suggest you to use a Tet-Off one because of two reasons:
1) Tet-On always have a minimal activity so you can slowly loose your control cells
2) choosing a Tet-On vector obliges you to keep yor cells in a tet-free media for ever
If you use a Tet-Off one culture maintaining will be much cheaper and easier
