Long yellow gular pouch combined with a patagium darker towards the edge - this could be one of two species. Both occur in Java, which is quite a likely collection spot for those days. If those are really thorn-like scales over the eyes then it's cornutus, but it may simply start looking like that as it dries up, in which case it would be volans. A good close look at that feature should settle it.
Looks more like volans than cornutus, judging from dark-light pattern on the dorsal surface of patagium. See Fig. 2 in Honda et al. (1999: Amphibia-Reptilia 20: 195-210).
Thank you both, that's much appreciated. It is very dried out as you can see and having the opinion of people with more familiarity with Draco spp is very valuable. It keyed out different ways in different keys too, possibly because, for example, the orientation of the nostrils has changed due to desiccation. Based on Musters (1983), the hind-limb to inter-limb ratio would also suggest D. volans, so I think the large thorns may artifacts of the preservation process.
