Wow...that is beautiful!! We don't have any that pretty in Oregon. Some of the defining characteristics are the number and placement of eyespots, as well as reproductive anatomy. If you place it carefully between two microscope slide (or pieces of glass if larger) you can observe the ventral side...that helps view the internal anatomy. Is there a key for your part of the world?

It should be from Genus Pseudoceros but I am still not sure for the identification until species level
