Dear All,
I am using Ubuntu 14.04 LTS in my laptop. I installed R-statistical package for my research purpose. Since, I am new to this I am unable to run the package. I would like to run Bioconductor and other stat packages using R. the commend operation is quite difficult. I do not know how to start the respective package and input the data. This could be very helpful for my research.
I would be grateful if someone teach me the R.
