I want to perform WISH for zebrafish embryos. Can anyone give me good protocol for WISH using NBT/BCIP (Nitroblue tetrazolium and 5-Bromo-4-chloro-3-indolyl phosphate) solution which is available from Roche. Thanks in advance
This is the standard protocol : http://www.nature.com/nprot/journal/v3/n1/full/nprot.2007.514.html
Hi Ahmed,
The protocol from the Parichy Lab is pretty good, too.

I want to do some in vivo study using zebrafish but I don't know which tag is better to use it for WB or IP and which one does not cause a background? Myc, Flag or HA?..Thanks in advance.
