I agree that the phrase you included is a bit vague. The subtests contributing to the Visuospatial Index on the WISC-V are Block Design and Visual Puzzles. What were your client's scaled scores on those tests? In my opinion, the cookie-cutter interpretations generated from the automated computer output are much less helpful than examining a profile subtest scores and interpreting them in the context of an individual (assuming this is a clinical case). There are various explanations for discrepancies in performance across Block Design and Visual Puzzles. I believe you can receive more useful feedback if you include the scaled scores. I'll check back on this thread.

It appears it is suggesting If shown visuospatial data and then a short time later is shown additional such information, the person may struggle to distinguish between them or use the material in a useful manner to think through a problem. As Ryan said, the computer-generated interpretation seems nebulous.
