How can I prepare 1 M LiPF6 in EC:DMC (1:1 vol%) with 5 wt% FEC?

What are necessary equipments ?

Are there any standards for LiPF6-based electrolytes preparation for chemical resistance tests in the automotive field?

I can't find any at the moment.
