Jeffery Beall's list is the best list you can use to identify predatory and cloned journals, even though Beall was muted due to some judicial issues, but the previous list and criteria used for spotting predatory journals can still be found online: https://beallslist.net/
So, check for Beall's list or other similar lists online.
If you google Beall's list you can find offline links to such list. The Jeffrey Beall has been persecuted for bringing the truth about spam journals but his list remains true. In terms of a real comprehensive list there are hundreds of spam journals produced annually and Beall's list is the only documented one due largely to legal issues such a list may produce.
Look for reputable sites that index the journal, such as Pubmed, Scopus, Science Direct, Web of Science, ERIC. IEEE Xplore. Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) , JSTOR

The link as mentioned by Mustapha Umar and Rabeah Al-Temaimi is a useful tool to get a first indication that you might be dealing with a predatory journal (or publisher, the site provides two separate lists). The list for hijacked or cloned journals can be found here:

Best regards.
PS. Update 20-11-2020: The site seems to be 'alive' again with updates till November 18th 2020, see for (not yet included) examples of hijacked journals the list I try to keep updated (with examples I come across here on RG):
Thank you very much to all who responded. Yes, really Beal's list supports us to identify predatory journals and publishers. At present, another challenge is raising. That is imitating authentic journals by cloning. Dr. Rob Keller's answer is so helpful to identify those cloned/hijacked journals. Thanks again for all of your kind support.
