I have to analyse the relationship of various factors like water chemistry, water temperature, intermediate host, eutrophication and seasonality with parasitism. Explain how to arrange data if possible
Let us say that you would like to know whether the incidence of parasitism depends on the immediate host from which they were extracted? or let us say whether the parasite carried by an intermediate host depends upon the eutrophication levels of the environment the host lives in?
So far as the arrangement of data is concerned, universally you can fill your data in an excel file so as to be used in any kind of a software. Regarding that Fill Eutrophication levels in the first column (assume the data is categorical), keep the second column for the intermediate host (again categorical data) and from third column onwards fill the variable that you need to check the variance against.
Putting the data in the minitab in the same way can make the model so easier for you to use.
