You take two diffraction patterns on the GIF camera at short camera length, under the conditions the EELS acquisition has been done at (not touching the condenser set-up!) , one with and one without the entrance aperture you used. Calibrate the diffraction patterns from some known Bragg reflections and convert to angles in mrad. Your semi-angle of convergence is given by the radius of the diffraction discs, your semi-angle of collection by the radius of the shadow of your entrance aperture.
