Can WDX(wavelength dispersive technique) be used to study the oxygen content of a sample as a comparison study?

WDX is meant to be more sensitive than EDX. Is it possible to study the oxygen content of compounds as a comparison? For example graphene oxide and reduced graphene oxide.

Can anyone explain how to calculate convergence angle and collection angle in TEM/EELS ?

Our TEM is JEM 2100 with EELS Gatan 963 with GMS3 software. For the quantification we have to feed the collectinn angle and convergence angle values.
