1) I have attached my xrd result .Please provide JCPDS Card for same if avilable.
2) Peaks(2theta) observed are 20.12, 19.7, 12.3, 21.96 .(As per my findings (Article Luminescent cellulose fibers activated by Eu3+-doped nanoparticles
) 20.12 ,12.3,21.96 are peaks matching with (cellulose 2) Xrd data.(EXCEPT 2THETA =19.7)3) Also the xrd curve shape is also different in mine case compared to above mentioned paper(and other papers too)
Any suggestions are welcome.
Dear Rishabh, Generally only 2 peaks are visible in XRD spectra of natural fibers which are due to inherent crystalline nature of Cellulose I (Alpha and Beta). Also not much significant difference in 2 theta value is visible in 3 values for cellulose I beta. The difference can be due to some machine error also, therefore I strongly recommend that you should perform XRD on 2 more samples and then analyze.
Thankyou Paavo A Penttila .Yes I used copper K ALPHA radiation. But I used Xpert highscore to get peak data and it showed 19.7 (2theta) among top peaks.
Also as you said Mr.Lila I have seen two peaks in Xrd graph in other research papers too,but they mention 3 peaks(20.21, 12.3, 22) in results section as in the paper I mentioned in description.Thankyou.
