Can anyone advise me what animal /human derived component free FBS alternatives are available for cell culture?

I'm aware of:

Panexin and FastGro Synthetic, Animal Free, Chemically Defined FBS Replacement.

I'd like to supplement my standard basal media, if possible.

Actually, you could use heat-inactivated serum (Atlas Biologicals, Fort Collins, CO) and still retain the positive attributes of serum (minerals, vitamins, etc.) while denaturing the inductive / proliferative factors that are present.
