Can anybody help with the interpretation of Ensemble genome browser LD plot (table)?

I wanted to know which SNPs are linked to my SNP. Therefore I performed a search on Ensemble. Hereafter I click on Linkage Equilibrium. This recovered the linkage data for all population group. I then showed all SNP in LD plot for 1000GENOMES:phase_1_CEU. This gives an overview of possible Linkage?
