Jahangir, using the Diva sortware you can simply right click on one of your dotplots then choose the "create statistics view" option. Diva will create a statistics box based on the dotplots or histograms you have in your experiment. By right clicking the statistics box itself you can edit which statistics you would like to have appear, including MFI.

You can download winMDI free software for analysis of flow cytometry data. As Anthony said only way to do is to get the statistics out from using any software.
