that is an Arachnid commonly called "vinegaroon" or "whip scorpion". They belong to the order of Thelyphonida, also known in the scientific community as Uropigy. They are not true scorpions, nor they have venom glands. When attacked or threatened they can release a defensive liquid containing acetic and caprylic acidm from the lower part of their abdomen. Whip scorpions are nocturnal hunters and are tipically found in tropical areas (Europe and Australia excluded).
This species is most similar to Mastigoproctus giganteus from North America, but the present specimen has no anterior red legs; may be it is a new taxon.
