Can any one provide me optimized Multiplex PCR conditions for detection of Extra-Intestinal Pathogenic E. coli?

Hi, I am working on Bovine mastitis and identification of ExPEC genes is one of my objectives in research. Could any body please provide optimised Multiplex PCR conditions (primer sequences and pcr conditions) for Identification of ExPEC.

Following are the ExPEC genes: papA and/or papC, sfa/foc, afa/draBC, kpsM II and iutA
