Dear Nair,

A. You can estimate approximately the volume of endometrial lesion by using ultrasound measurements in three dimensions ( length ,breath and height) & multiply what you get with factor of 0.5 = Volume.

B. Surface area. Just multiple length & breath of the lesion to give you approximate surface area.
