Can any one help me in calculation part of brain biogenic amines like noradrenaline and dopamine?

i have isolated brains and homogenised to estimate dopamine and noradrenaline content in those brains. i followed a procedure and finally i have absorbance values with me dont know the formula or equation to substitute that absorbance value to get the dopamine or nor adrenaline content in the brains. if anybody have any idea , please help me.

I'm not sure if I understand fully, but you will need to do a standard curve for each analyte (i.e. measure known concentrations of dopamine and noradrenaline in your system) and calculate the concentration from those values. It should be pretty straight forward once you get the standard curve.
