Hi everyone,

I have recently used an ELISA kit from Elabscience (E-EL-0047), and the results I got are strange. I have used two different kits and in both of them, the standards and the samples' measurements were all over the place. The duplicates weren't the same and the standards didn't show a proper gradient. I know that it's not a pipetting issue, so I was wondering if anyone here has had an experience with this kit. The samples used were horse serum.

I think that it's possible that the catecholamines themselves are just not that easy to measure, so I was thinking about getting a kit for the breakdown product nor/metanephrine. Eaglebio has a kit that isn't specific to horse (SKU: EA612/192), but I have the feeling the results might be better.

Does anyone have any suggestions or comments about this?
