Your questions is incomplete. What do you exactly mean by "analysis" of spermine synthase and spermidine synthase? What is it that you want to find out about them? There are plenty of information in the internet about those two enzymes, I am sure. But are you studying a certain species of plant? Scientific questions should be posed properly and specifically otherwise you won't be able to answer them experimentally.
