Hi Victor, the simple answer is no. There is no way an antibody can penetrate through the crosslinked keratin layers of the outer dermis (if it does not have an open wound). Skin is a barrier that protects us from outside pathogens and it works really well.
The same goes for DNA, proteins and other macromolecules added to shampoos and other cosmetic products. They are useless. Hair, skin and nails are not live tissues. They are "dead" proteins.
