Can an aminosilane on a surface be nitrated to form a nitramine or will it be cleaved instead?

I am interested in getting a nitramine group on the surface of a silicon wafer. I have not been able to find any nitramine silanes for purchase.

I am no expert but you may find an answer in the linked review. My guess is that one of the "milder" reactions may be feasible.
