Thank you for the links ( I have had already seen them before), but unfortunately they do not answer my question if the solvent of the sample could/could can not be organic... Anybody has any experience using this column for solutes in organic solvent not aqueous?

Clearly says no organic solvents. It will be risky to use DMSO and THF as sample solvents in sulfonated polystyrene-divinylbenzene columns. They do not mention the degree of cross-link. Higher the cross link in the resin, lesser the solubility in organic solvents. Also Check Dionex (Thermo Fisher) columns where organic solvents compatibility and degree of cross-linking is often mentioned.

It says clearly no organic solvents as mobile phase, but they do not mention anything about the solvent in the sample which is in much lower quantity. I inject around 20 uL. I have contacted the technical support from the column supplier and this is what they said:

Thanks you for your enquiry. I've looked into the solvent compatibility for you and this is the information I've got.

"DMSO as a cleaning solvent is not good.  As a component in a 20uL sample, even along with MIK, will be fine.  We don't recommend 100% DMSO...diluted in a sample is fine."

I also discussed the use of alcohols and MIBK with my colleagues when I looked into solvent compatibility and there was no mention of either being an issue. I assumed from your email the solvents you detailed will only be used in sample preparation, so they will be present in small amounts. I would try to minimise the use of DMSO as much as possible, keeping it in as dilute as you can in your sample.

So now based on what they say and what u say I am still not sure what to do??

I think they are saying that even if you are injecting 20 uL of sample, your sample should not be 100% DMSO. Have you done literature search, what other type of columns people use for carbohydrate analysis?

I think you can use for low ppm solvent present in sample as impurity but not as 100% or neat. Next you should have suitable detector to get response for these solvent peaks as these alcohol do not have chromophore.
