Just wonder if a rejected paper can be reposited in BioRxiv?
As I see in Wiki saying:
"In general, most publishers that permit preprints require that:
- the authors disclose the existence of the preprint at submission (e.g. in the cover letter)
- once an article is published, the preprint should link to the published version (typically via DOI)
- the preprint should not have been formally peer reviewed"

I think so, why not? The paper can be rejected by one journal, but may be accepted by another...
Why would you do this? A rejected paper should be reworked and submitted again since the topic is worthwhile. But probably choose a different journal. You are worthy of better treatment :)

Xun Wen Chen no, because your data will be stolen. You don't need other people's opinions either since they will be critical. Keep your information confidential until it is formally published. If you submit to a HI journal, the review period will not be long since they impose time limits on reviewers :)
