I am trying to build an ELISA to measure the level of specific antibodies made in Rhesus Macaque serum and lung lavage after immunizing the primates with the 2018-2019 Influenza Vaccine. As far as I know there are no kits available for this purpose but thought I would just ask if anyone has heard of such a kit that would be able to test for IgG and IgA antibodies specific for the influenza virus

Thank you for the suggestion. However, I need the actual isolates to see how the cohort compared in ab protection to the 2018-2019 specific vaccine.

If you need flu antigens for coating your own ELISA plates, and if you work in academic or nonprofit research, you can get some free from the Biodefense and Emerging Infections (BEI) Resources repository.
