We have created MDA-MB-231 stable knockdowns vs controls for our gene of interest. To finish off the in vitro data and publish our work we wish to use a xenograft mouse model to look at metastasis and tumor growth differences etc in vivo.
Does anyone know a service provider that can do this work to complete our project?
Most services appear to use xenografts for drug testing using their own in house cell lines, where as we wish them to test our knockdown and control cell lines.

We can accommodate most research needs, and we can test custom knockout cell lines as well, just contact us directly with your experimental details and we'll gladly assist.
I suggest to look for an in-house or near by collaboration with a continuous dialog because you never know how your cells will behave in vivo. Are they bioluminescent/fluorescent? I think if you look for a service, they just do what your ask for and it may not answer your question. If you are interested in bone metastases, your collaborator should be able to do an intra-cardiac injection in mice.
We are located in Vancouver Canada but have this in vivo model running. We do both subcutaneous tumor model and experimental metastasis (iv) injection and have specific experience with the 231 line in these models. We do not typically do cardiac injection but are capable if this is desired. We are happy to work in collaboration - let me know if you would like to discuss further?

We can do it either as fee for service or collaboration. We can run orthotopic or s.c. and can image etc. please check out our papers in PNAS (Gjerdrum et al 2010) and Cancer Res (McCormack 2013). Based in Norway.

We have an well established,excellent Xenograft Facility, based in Ninewells Hospital, Dundee, Scotland. We do both subcutaneous and orthotopic (metasasis) xenograft work. We are a Breast Research Group, and have worked, with most breast cell lines, melanoma's, lung, oesophageal and colon cell lines invivo.
