Borders and Bordercrossing - An example of case study?

Good evening,

I am in my 1st year of MA at ISCTE. I have to write an essay for the subject of Anthropology, Human Rights and Civil Movements and I chose the topic about "Borders and bordercrossings". There is an article written by Chris Rumford "Multiperspectival study of borders" that represents the guideline I want to apply for my essay, since it highlights a different approach of how we see and study borders, bringing out positive examples of cross border activities.

I am thinking about using a case study of a border to highlight his idea. Can you recommend any?
