I want to block HEK293T cells in the G2/M phase after transfecting them with the construct of my interest via a double thymidine/nocodazole block. Does anyone have a protocol or suggestion regarding this?
Transfect the cells for up to 36hr then treat the cells with nocodazole for 18hr.
