If it has a positve charge ,then how it aids in heavy metals immobilization, if biocahr has negative charge, then why reachers used it for mitgating phosphorus leaching? secondly, how can a biochar helps to retain nutrients even at high pH (normally biochar has  pH ranged from 8-11). Does this pH range is suitable for nutrients exchange in soil solution?
