Best run time and voltage for stacking/resolving gel?

Hello, I am looking for help on running my SDS-PAGE gel. I am using a Bis-Tris 4-12% gel with 45uL sample and am having trouble getting the best separation between my bands

What are your recommendations on a voltage for stacking and a voltage for resolving my gel? Preferably two different voltages but I am open to trying a consistent voltage over time. Thanks!
