Best Multi-channel Pipettes for Reproducible data.

I am having issues with reproducibility with using my Eppendorf 12 channel pipettes and I am beginning to feel like it can be the pipettes. They have been calibrated in the last 2 months and I am still having issues. Wondering if there are better option for delivering low volumes or maybe the best tips of the job
