Best Cell Culture Method to Increase Exosome Yield from BM Derived MSCs?

I am currently trying to isolate exosomes from conditioned media of Mesenchymal Stem Cells and am having trouble determining the optimal culture conditions. I have read that bioreactors are the best way way to go.... I am currently considering the Integra CELLine AD, but am open to suggestions of other 3D products that would also increase the EV production and yield. If anyone has any insight that they would like to share it would be much appreciated! I will be isolating them via Tangential Flow Filtration so a large amount of conditioned media is acceptable in this case.
