Best buffer for Methanol Dehydrogenase Enzyme Assay?

I am using PIPES buffer for MeDH enzyme assay. Has anyone used MOPS buffer for it, does it work well with this enzyme assay?

I strongly reccomend you y to do a screening of different buffers by using differential scanning fluorimetry. In this way you will be able to know in wich buffer your protein is more stable.
