Autoclaving the sugars is generally not recommended as they are heat sensitive and may add in your media some toxic by-products that can interfere with your experiments. I guess you should autoclave everything else and add filter sterile solution of glucose (filtered thru 0.2 micron filter) which would be fine. In extreme case if you don't happen to have a sterile filter then may be you can go for 10 min autoclave as you stated in your question and observe the effects later. Infact there is one publication i guess u shud take a look at if u haven't already

You can sterilize your YPD media separately.

For the glucose, you can filter sterilized using 0.2 um filter. Afterwards, you can mix with other autoclaving media (yeast, peptones and agar).

If you autoclave the glucose in yeast peptone, it will cause Maillard reaction; a chemical reaction between amino acid and reducing sugar that will change your medium into brownish color and potential to form toxic by-products i.e. acrylamide.
