if I want to run my battery cycling test in 1 C rate ,but then I need to know the capacity of my material used in the coin cell (i.e. if my capacity is 20mAh then I will put a constant current of 20mA and it will discharge in 1 hr). How do I calculate the capacity? should I do some GCD or CV cycle and find the capacity? or it will come from theoretical study?

Capacity of a half colin cell is mainly based on the cathode,we can use this equation to calculate : capacity=(specific capacity)*[（electrode mass of cathode)-(mass of current collector)]*(pencentage of active material) =mAh/g*g*%=mAh.
