I despair when I see countries are planning to ease the lock-down when the lock-down was too little , too late and they still do not advocate safe practices post lock-down. The USA and the UK are good examples where the governments are in complete denial and are destined to have a disastrous economic recovery. It was not your question directly but relying on social distancing without a mandated policy of mask wearing, by the public, when in public is reckless. So what economic recovery can you anticipate when the government is reckless? Not a good one.

It depends on how effective were the lockdowns in the first place. There are many countries who were unable to force a complete lockdown which resulted in an economic + health crisis.
