Eternal gyre, chirality, DNA rotation...
For me is very easy to imagine why our molecules have a chirality. We began at a direction and the combination only admite a spatial estructure and not the other. But, why we begin in only our one direction?... Because the Universe gyre?...

I guess so !! We are fascinated by circles life from birth to end of life and things during life !!! Wheels to as mentioned helix structure , including poetry as Prof Schwarz has pointed out -full of circles :) .
I guess, circle is a positive impact rather possibilities of growth, from destruction to new forms . It lets us define all things in one structure with infinite possibilities, called a circle (geometrically ) ..

Very simple: DNA is Right helical because the Human being, the highest product of DNA, and made in the image of Nature, is Right handed. You can easily swing down right helical spiral staircase because of this.

Once the Earth was thought to be flat and therefore straight, but now it is known to be spherical. It is possible that all things are circular including straight lines are also curved with unlimited diameter. As I estimate and feel.

Our earth too rotate continuously since its origin.
Day follows night, night follows day a continuous circle/rotation.
Everywhere we see rotation eg Crop rotation.
The same way human life too birth to death again birth to death. The same explained in Bhagawad Gita too.
