I could find some experiments searching for "Proteomic profiling by array" in GEO and array-express, but I'm wondering if there is more outside or if that is all for now?
Depending on the organism you could search in organism-specific databases. TBDB (http://www.tbdb.org) concentrates data for the Mycobacterium tuberculosis for example.
Thank you for your answers, I was particular interested in "Protein Arrays" instead of transcriptome / genome arrays. Array-express does also contain this type of data, I just wonder if there is some other portal that is specifically dedicated to this purpose.
yes offcource there are....................you can express your gene by using wonderfull software which i have used in one of my research work. that is Genemaths XT"
Thank you for the reply but there is a misunderstanding. I'm not looking for software to process microarray data. Im looking for a databases of ""Protein"" microarrays which are not gene expression microarrays with oligos, instead they use antibodies directed to proteins and not RNA/DNA.
PLZ go through my research publication.i have used this software but the operating of this software is little bit difficult. so be careful...............
